To check the balance of a return or gift card:

  1. Type the card number located on the back of your Goodwill merchandise card.
  2. Check the box to verify you are not a robot.
  3. Click the "Check Balance" button.

This Gift card is only valid at participating locations. To find a store near you see the locations in your area.
